Engine is overheating at idle, even with fans on. Lower radiator hose is cold, indicating no coolant flow Either thermostat is stuck closed or the water pump has failed. The housing doesn't look new.

Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.

Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
